Oklahoma prison officials say the death of an inmate on death row was apparently a suicide.       The Oklahoma Department of Corrections said Wednesday that 35-year-old Jeremy Williams was found dead in his cell at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary.        Williams had been sentenced to death for the June 22, 2004, murder of bank teller Amber Rogers during a robbery in Tulsa.     Oklahoma hasn’t carried out…
