Morning Jolt: Al-Qaida groups claims responsibility for Charlie Hebdo attack

Terror group al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula today said it was responsible for the terror attack at the Charlie Hebdo newspaper that left 12 people dead. The group said the attack had been planned for a year. The other terror attack that took place in Paris the same day – the attack at a kosher grocery store – was not claimed by the group, but it praised it.
