Twelve people were killed today in a terror attack at a satirical magazine that is known for publishing caricatures of the prophet Muhammad, USA Today reported. Gunmen in black hoods opened fire inside the office of the magazine, and in addition to the 12 dead, at least 10 were wounded. France President Francois Hollande called the attack “undoubtedly a terrorist attack.”
