Morning Jolt: NASA's Orion capsule launch delayed

A fuel and drain valve issue delayed the launch of NASA’s Orion capsule, the agency reported this morning. Orion was set to go at 7:05 this morning when a boat got in the way and the launch had to be delayed. Then a problem with the fuel and drain valve scrapped a second attempt. The capsule is a test in what NASA hopes eventually will be a ship to take astronauts into deep space.
