Morning Jolt: New clue about missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370

A new clue emerged in the case of missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, The Associated Press reported. A failed satellite call to the airliner “suggests to us that the aircraft might have turned south a little earlier than we had previously expected,” Australia’s Deputy Prime Minister Warren Truss said. That would change the search area, though officials haven’t pinpointed an area in the vast ocean in which the flight is believed to have crashed.
