Two online real estate giants are expected to merge after Zillow announced it will buy Trulia for $3.5 billion in stock. The deal has to be approved by the boards of both companies, and final approval is expected next year, USA Today reported. According to the New York Times, Zillow had 83 million users last month, while Trulia had 54 million.
