Morning Jolt: 357 dogs rescued from Georgia puppy mill

A Georgia woman is facing 264 counts of animal cruelty after 357 dogs were found on her property living in squalid conditions, USA Today reported. The dogs were living in their own feces and were confined to wire cages. Authorities took the dogs to an animal shelter, which had to close to the public because of the needs of the rescued dogs.
