On 6/05/2014 Officers from the Bella Vista Police Department received a call to do a welfare check on a small child who lives at 12 Grinstead Ln. in Bella Vista.  While the Officers were speaking to the mother of the child they could smell the strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the residence.
