Economic Security Corporation of Southwest Area (ESC) is currently seeking applicants for the Joplin Homeowner Rehabilitation Program (J-HRP) for homeowners living within the boundaries of the Tornado Path (Disaster Zone) and live within the City Limits of Joplin.
