After further investigation, it was determined that the shooting incident occurred at the male subject’s residence which is located at 2720 S. Iowa in Joplin. It is unknown at this time whether the gunshot was self-inflicted or whether the subject was shot by someone else. The subject of the shooting is not being forthcoming with information at this time.
