Jasper County residents can see police dogs at work, watch a SWAT team demonstration and grab some lunch at a Community Safety Day to be put on today by the Jasper County Sheriff’s Department. The event is set for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. just off the courthouse square in Carthage.
