Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling refuses to pay the $2.5 million fine the NBA hit him with for his racist comments, USA Today reported. Sterling’s attorney wrote a letter to the league informing them that Sterling won’t pay, and that he doesn’t deserve “any punishment at all.”
