Joplin Girl Scout Camp receives storm shelter from city

A ribbon cutting was held Thursday at Camp Mintahama, as a new storm shelter was unveiled.The camp houses Girl Scout troops from all across the area.The city of Joplin received shelters from FEMA, 11 of which are to be distributed to charitable organizations.
