A judge assessed a rural Joplin man 15 years in prison Friday for deceiving a girl into posing for nude photographs when she was 9 or 10 years old under a pretense that the pictures were needed to make her a rock star. Circuit Judge John LePage sentenced Richard D. McNabb II to 15 years for sexual exploitation of a minor and four years for sexual misconduct involving a child at a hearing in Newton County Circuit Court in Neosho.
