A Stella man pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court to picking up a 15-year-old girl in Minnesota and bringing her to Missouri for sexual relations. Tong Yang, 45, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Springfield to transporting a minor across state lines for illicit sex, as charged in an indictment handed up by a federal grand jury on Jan. 21.
