A judge ordered an Oklahoma man bound over for trial Thursday on a charge that he sexually abused a 5-year-old Joplin boy two years ago. Associate Judge Richard Copeland found probable cause at the end of a preliminary hearing in Jasper County Circuit Court in Joplin for Chad L. Sebeniecher, 38, of Miami, to stand trial on a count of first-degree statutory sodomy.
