The Missouri Senate gave approval Thursday to legislation that would require radiologists to note a woman’s breast density in her post-mammogram. The legislation — backed by Patty Richard, wife of Sen. Ron Richard, R-Joplin — is part of an effort to raise awareness about the issue. The bill, sponsored by Sen. Dan Brown, R-Rolla, received unanimous support in the Senate.
