The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks, which operates a donor center in Joplin, and provides all of the blood and blood products for patients in local hospitals, has named Anthony Roberts as its new executive director. Roberts, 51, a Springfield native, most recently held the position of senior director of quality assurance within the organization.
