The equestrian team at Northeastern Oklahoma AM College (NEO) traveled to Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri last weekend where they were named High Point Team on Saturday and Reserve High Point Team on Sunday. Tylen Layton, 21, born and raised in Copan, Oklahoma has been roping calves since the age of four.
